Examples of such services include Google Play Billing, AWS, MongoDB, and Pusher. These providers are only used as necessary to provide the App's functionality, and we do not sell your personal information.

All data is stored securely on AWS cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You may request the deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal obligations. Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

Tenanz offers four plans: a Free Plan, which is free forever and provides basic features, and three paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Once a user upgrades to a higher plan, they cannot downgrade to lower plans (including the Free Plan). This upgrade is permanent, and users can only upgrade further or continue renewing their current plan.

Prepaid Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are prepaid and non-renewing. You pay upfront for your selected subscription period, and your plan remains active for the duration of that period. Once your subscription expires, you can renew it manually or upgrade to a higher plan. There is no automatic renewal or billing.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription through the app. Since subscriptions are prepaid, there is no cancellation process. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. Once expired, you can renew manually or upgrade to a higher plan. Remember that upgrades are permanent and cannot be downgraded.

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are handled securely by Google Play Billing. Tenanz does not store your payment card details.

Refunds

Tenanz does not provide refunds for paid subscriptions. Since subscriptions are prepaid, you will have access to your subscription features until the end of the paid period. If you upgrade to a higher plan, the upgrade is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you choose the plan that best fits your needs before upgrading.

User Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords, and for ensuring that all information provided to Tenanz is accurate, current, and complete. Users agree to promptly update their information in case of any changes. Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to violating laws, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing our service for unlawful purposes, may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.

Account Termination and Suspension

Tenanz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and any outstanding subscription fees will still be due.

Age Restriction

Our App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or app notifications. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Limitation of Liability

Tenanz is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be free of defects or interruptions. Tenanz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

Delete Account
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you wish to delete your Tenanz account, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "My Account" by either:
    • Tapping on your profile avatar, or
    • Accessing it from the sidebar menu
  2. Scroll down to the Settings section
  3. Click on the "Delete Account" option
  4. Carefully read all the information provided about account deletion and its consequences
  5. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field and check the required checkbox to acknowledge that you understand this action is irreversible
  6. A confirmation modal will appear. Review the details once more, then press "Delete" to permanently remove your account

Important Notice

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. This action is final and destructive. There is no way to recover any information after deletion.
