Overview

The My Account screen shows you information about your account and your rental business. You can see your profile, view a summary of your properties and tenants, check your subscription, and manage your account settings. You can also log out or delete your account from here.

This screen gives you a quick overview of your account and lets you access important settings and information all in one place.

Step-by-Step Guide
Understanding and using the My Account screen

View Profile

  1. Navigate to My Account (tap on your profile avatar or access from the sidebar menu)
  2. The User Profile Header displays:
    • Your full name
    • Your email address
    • Your role (Landlord or Tenant)
  3. To edit your profile, tap on the profile section or navigate to the Profile screen

Update Personal Information

  1. Go to My Account (via sidebar or bottom menu)
  2. Tap the Edit Profile button (found within the Settings card for landlords, or top section)
  3. Locate the Personal Information card
  4. Update your details:
    • Fullname: Your display name
    • Email: Your email address for notifications
  5. Tap the Save Changes button to apply updates

Change Password

  1. Go to My Account and tap Edit Profile
  2. Scroll down to the Update Password card
  3. Enter your current password in the Old Password field
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password field
  5. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field
  6. Tap the Update Password button

Subscription Overview (Landlord)

The Subscription card (available for landlords) shows your current plan status:

  • Current Plan: Your active subscription plan (e.g., Free, Lite)
  • Status: Whether your subscription is Active or Inactive
  • Manage Subscription: Tap this button to upgrade or renew your plan

View Portfolio Overview (Landlord)

The Portfolio Overview section (available for landlords) displays key statistics about your rental business:

  • Total Properties: Number of properties in your portfolio
  • Total Units: Total number of units across all properties
  • Total Tenants: Number of tenants you manage
  • Monthly Revenue: Total monthly rent collected from all tenants
  • Occupancy Rate: Percentage of occupied units vs. total units

This gives you a quick overview of your rental business performance.

Settings (Landlord)

The Settings section (available for landlords) provides access to:

  • Edit Profile: Update your personal details
  • Privacy & Security: View our privacy policy
  • Delete Account: Option to permanently delete your account

Account Information

The Account Information section displays:

  • Member Since: Date when you created your account
  • Registration Status: Whether your registration is complete
  • Account Status: Whether your account is active or suspended

Logout

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the My Account screen
  2. Tap the "Logout" button
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear
  4. Confirm to log out of your account
  5. You'll be redirected to the sign-in screen

Delete Account

  1. Navigate to My Account
  2. Scroll down to the Settings section
  3. Tap on "Delete Account"
  4. You'll be taken to the Delete Account screen
  5. Carefully read all the information about account deletion
  6. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
  7. Check the required checkbox to acknowledge that you understand this action is irreversible
  8. A confirmation modal will appear. Review the details once more
  9. Press "Delete" to permanently remove your account

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data including properties, tenants, bills, and payment history will be permanently removed. This action is final and destructive.
