Subscription Screen
View and manage your subscription plan - See your current plan, upgrade, and check your usage
Video Tutorial
The Subscription screen shows you which plan you're currently using, how many properties and tenants you've added (compared to your plan limits), and when your subscription expires. You can also upgrade to a higher plan if you need more features.
Tenanz has different subscription plans - a free plan and paid plans with more features. When you pay for a subscription, you pay for a specific time period (like 1 month or 1 year), and your plan stays active until that time runs out. Subscriptions don't renew automatically, so you'll need to renew manually when it expires.
Viewing Your Current Plan
To see your current subscription plan:
- Go to the Subscription screen (you can find it from My Account or Settings)
- You'll see information about your current plan:
- Which plan you're using (Free, Lite, Plus, Pro)
- When your subscription expires
- How many days are left until it expires
- What features your plan includes
- How many properties, units, and tenants you can have
- You'll also see how many properties, units, and tenants you've added compared to your plan limits
Upgrade Subscription
If you need more features or want to add more properties/tenants, you can upgrade to a higher plan:
- Go to the Subscription screen
- Scroll down to find the "Manage Plan" or "Upgrade" section
- Tap "Upgrade" or "View Plans"
- Look at the available plans and see what features each one includes
- Choose a plan that has what you need (more properties, more tenants, advanced features, etc.)
- Select how long you want the subscription (1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc.)
- Complete the payment through Google Play (the payment is handled securely by Google)
- Your subscription will be upgraded right away and you'll have access to the new features
Important: Once you upgrade to a higher plan, you cannot go back to a lower plan (including the Free Plan). Upgrades are permanent, so make sure you choose a plan that works for your needs.
Usage Overview
The Usage Overview shows you how much of your plan you're using:
- Properties: How many properties you've added compared to how many your plan allows
- Units: How many units you have across all properties compared to your plan limit
- Tenants: How many tenants you've added compared to your plan limit
This helps you see if you're getting close to your limits. If you're running out of space, you might want to upgrade to a plan with higher limits.
