The Upcoming Payments screen shows you which rent payments are due soon. You can see how many payments are due today, tomorrow, and in the next 2 days. This helps you stay on top of upcoming rent payments and know which tenants need to pay soon.
This screen gives you a quick view of what's coming up, so you can plan ahead and make sure you're ready to collect rent from your tenants.

What This Does
The Upcoming Payments screen shows you all the rent bills that are due in the next few days. This helps you see at a glance which tenants need to pay soon, so you can prepare and send reminders if needed.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the Upcoming Payments screen (you can find it from the Dashboard or from My Account)
- At the top, you'll see three summary cards showing:
- Due Today: How many payments are due today
- Tomorrow: How many payments are due tomorrow
- In 2 Days: How many payments are due in 2 days
- Below the summary, you'll see a list of all the upcoming bills
- Each bill shows:
- Which tenant needs to pay
- How much they need to pay
- When the payment is due
- Which property or unit it's for
- Tap on any bill to see more details or to send a reminder to the tenant
- Scroll down to see more upcoming payments (the list loads more as you scroll)
What the Summary Shows
The three summary cards at the top give you a quick overview of upcoming payments:
- Due Today (Red): Shows how many rent payments are due today. These are the most urgent - tenants should pay these today.
- Tomorrow (Orange): Shows how many payments are due tomorrow. You might want to send reminders for these.
- In 2 Days (Amber/Yellow): Shows how many payments are due in 2 days. These are coming up soon but not urgent yet.
The colors help you quickly see which payments need immediate attention (red for today) versus which ones are coming up soon (orange and yellow).
Tip: Use this screen to plan your rent collection. If you see several payments due today, you might want to send reminders to those tenants. The summary cards make it easy to see at a glance how many payments are coming up.
