Overview

The Payment History screen shows you all the payments you've made for your Tenanz subscription. You can see when you paid, how much you paid, what plan you upgraded to or extended, and all the details about each transaction.

This is useful for keeping track of your subscription payments and understanding your payment history. You can see all your past payments in one place.

What This Does

Viewing your payment history shows you a list of all the payments you've made for your Tenanz subscription. This includes payments for upgrades, plan extensions, and renewals. You can see when each payment was made and how much you paid.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Payment History screen (you can find it from My Account or Settings)
  2. You'll see a list of all your subscription payments, with the most recent ones at the top
  3. Each payment shows:
    • The date you made the payment
    • How much you paid
    • What type of payment it was (upgrade, extend, renew)
    • Which plan you paid for
  4. Scroll down to see older payments (the list loads more as you scroll)
  5. Tap on any payment to see more detailed information about it

What Information You'll See

When you tap on a payment, you'll see detailed information about that transaction:

  • Payment Date: When you made the payment
  • Amount: How much you paid
  • Payment Type: What the payment was for:
    • Upgrade: You upgraded from a lower plan to a higher plan
    • Extend: You extended your current plan for more time
    • Renew: You renewed your subscription after it expired
  • Plan Information: Which plan you paid for and when it starts and ends
  • Transaction ID: A unique number for this payment (useful if you need to contact support)

Tip: Keep track of your payment history to make sure all your payments went through correctly. If you see something that doesn't look right, you can contact support using the transaction ID.
