Update your personal information and change your password
The Profile screen is where you update your personal information and change your password. You can change your name, email address, and password from this screen. This is separate from the My Account screen - the Profile screen focuses specifically on your personal details.
Keeping your profile information up to date ensures that you receive important notifications and can log in to your account easily.

Updating your personal information allows you to keep your display name and contact email current.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to My Account and tap Edit Profile
- Locate the Personal Information card
- Update your details:
- Fullname: Enter your name as you want it to appear
- Email: Enter your email address for login and notifications
- Tap the Save Changes button to apply updates
Note: If you change your email address, you will need to use the new email to log in next time.

Changing your password lets you set a new password for your account. This is important for security - you should change your password regularly or if you think someone else might know it.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to My Account and tap Edit Profile
- Scroll down to the Update Password card
- Enter your current password in the Old Password field
- Enter your new password in the New Password field
- Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field
- Tap the Update Password button
Security Tip: Choose a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters. Don't use easy-to-guess passwords like "password123" or your name. Write your password down in a safe place if you're worried about forgetting it.
